What type of Membership are you applying for?
Regular $40/year  Senior $20/year  Family $10/year  Youth $20/year
Youth Membership: No qualifying Regular or Senior Member in household. Must be under the age of 19 at the end of the dues year (Dec. 31), or under the age of 24 if a full-time student for at least five months of the year.
Senior Membership: You must be 66 years or older.
Family Membership:
Relationship – the sponsoring Regular or Senior member’s spouse, child, stepchild (whether by blood or adoption), or foster child.
Residence – has the same principal residence as the sponsoring member for more than half the dues year. Full-time students under the age of 24 are exempted from the household residency requirement.
A child must be under the age of 19 at the end of the dues year (Dec. 31), or under the age of 24 if a full-time student for at least five months of the year, or be permanently and totally disabled at any time during the year.
Support – did not provide more than one-half of his/her own support for the year.
